Every product on your order has been inspected by our team before being handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our thorough quality checks ensure smooth delivery at your doorstep, without you having to worry about returns and follow-ups. Our job isn’t done at dispatch, while it is in transit, we will be coordinating with the delivery partner to make sure that it’s all a breeze for you.  

Also, did we mention that we take special care when it comes to packaging? Every product comes in its bio-degradable box, which is then given water protection by placing it in plastic covers. Just in case you ordered something fragile, the items are given an extra layer of protection by being wrapped in bubble wrap. We all like ourselves some babble wrap to burst later but just make sure you keep it out of reach of children.

Order tracking and Transit 

We keep you posted every step of the way because we know that you are excited about your order. After the quality checks and dispatch, you will receive a mail containing the tracking number and other details of the delivery partner. This number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch after which you can use this number to know the current status of your order

How long will it take? 

We usually dispatch most orders within one to four (1 to 4) business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Though we keep all of our catalogue in our inventory there might be a one-off occurrence that we run out. It hasn’t happened so far but it’s always good to give a heads-up. In such situations, we will resolve it at our end and make sure the delivery happens at the earliest with as little delay as possible.   

How much will it cost? 

The good luck streak just doesn’t seem to end at Nuluv. We provide our customers with the best prices when it comes to shipping as well.  

Most shipping within the country has a standard shipping charge; A nominal cost of Rs.99 applies to all orders below the value Rs.1000, While shipping is free for all orders above Rs.1000. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order. 

Just in case there are any changes in the above-mentioned prices, due to external factors, then the new prices will be reflected in our checkout window.
